Great service and quick

So far so good, lots of update, quick delivery.
Perfect condition phone, just need to swap SIM cards now ( unable to do as Apple no longer send the plug 🔌 with the phone, and I don’t have one that suits ).
Would recommend the company.

Fantastic service, phone ordered and arrived the next day. Stayed with the same provider but upgraded the phone, price plan couldn't be beaten. This is my second time of using this company and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

good service and delivery quick

Very poor. I bought a phone that was 'as new' apparently only having been used for 14 days or less. When the phone arrived it was dirty and had muck in all the crevices. The speaker was full of fluff and it smelt like it had been in a dogs mouth! I'd never even turned the phone on and posted it straight back! I've had to call constantly to chase progress on the return. My E-Mails and calls are going unnoticed and ignored, its taking weeks! No acknowledgement no apology, no reason for this! I'm out of pocket having paid postage to return a phone that should have never been sent in the condition it was. A full month's contract paid with no compensation, no reply to my complaint. All this and according to them I should be grateful they're accepting the phone back as technically its not faulty!

Ordered my new mobile phone 7pm and it arrived just after lunch the next day. Great service and the 3rd time I've used mobile phones direct to upgrade at the end of my contract. Much cheaper than going direct through the networks.
